Elsie Agnes Reeb, nee Dadara, 85, of Belleville, IL, born October 24, 1925, in East St. Louis, IL, died Friday, September 9, 2011, at Dammert Geriatric Center at the Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows, Belleville, IL.
Elsie had worked at Hunter Packing Company in East St. Louis, IL, McDonnell Automation in Belleville, IL, and later as a homemaker. She was a past member of St. Peter’s Cathedral Parish in Belleville, IL, and St. Teresa Parish, Marydale, near Carlyle, IL.
Elsie was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Ann Reeb, in infancy; her parents, Frank and Mary, nee Tomasek, Dadara; a brother, Joseph Dadara; and three sisters, Anne Hayden, Mary Hlavsa, and Frances Meirink.
Surviving are her husband of 58 years, Clarence A. Reeb, a retired Illinois State police officer;
two sons and a daughter, Stephen (Beverly) Reeb of Shiloh, IL,
Carol Reeb of Rantoul, IL,
and James (Kati) Reeb of Huntsville, AL;
seven grandchildren, Trevor Reeb, Stephanie (Tyler) Rolfe,
and Alyssa, Brendan, Veronica, Benjamin, and Anthony Reeb;
and a great-grandson, Jayden Rolfe.

Visitation: Friends may call from 9:30 to 11:15 a.m. Monday, September 12, 2011, at the Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows Apartment Community Chapel, Belleville, IL.
Funeral: A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:15 a.m. Monday, September 12, 2011, at the Shrine Apartment Community Chapel, Belleville, IL.
Private family burial of cremains will be Tuesday, September 13, 2011, at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, MO.
